Maintaining durable and waterproof connections are just as important as keeping the unit impervious to particles and water. High strength zinc alloy and nickel-plated metal is used for the M12 metal connectors. The external power supply and cording is rated IP68 as well as the I/O port connector cable set provided.
Fully Waterproof
Teguar's waterproof monitors are fully sealed and waterproof, even down to the I/Os. They can be placed into environments that have rain, fog, or chemical cleaning procedures. Each waterproof monitor is vacuum pressure tested, which ensures the IP66 / IP69K rating. This special inspection guarantees no leakage. An IP69K rating means the PC can handle high-pressure water jets used for washdowns.
